1. Who We Are
Florida Swimming Pools LLC (“FloPool,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates https://www.flopool.com and provides pool maintenance, repair, equipment installation, and remodeling services in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
This policy covers our website, our phone and text communications, and information we collect while performing services at your property.
2. Information We Collect
Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, service address, the service you are interested in, and anything else you tell us through our forms, by phone or text, or in person. This includes property access details you share so we can perform service.

Payment and billing: collected when services are rendered. It is not processed through this website.
Collected automatically: standard website and analytics data, including pages viewed, referring site, approximate location, device and browser type, and interactions such as clicking a phone number or submitting a form. Our forms use automated spam prevention.
Call data: your phone number, the time and length of the call, and how you reached us.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Perform, document, and warranty our services
- Communicate about appointments, billing, and service issues
- Send marketing messages where you have consented
- Coordinate with subcontractors when a project requires it
- Measure which marketing channels bring in customers
- Prevent fraud and secure our website

4. Call Recording
Inbound calls to FloPool are recorded and may be transcribed. Some calls begin with an automated recorded or synthesized greeting before connecting you.
Before the call connects, you hear a notice that the call may be recorded and shared with third-party providers. Florida law generally requires all parties to consent to recording (Fla. Stat. § 934.03). Continuing the call after that notice is your consent to be recorded and transcribed. If you do not consent, hang up and email us instead at cs@flopool.com.
Recordings and transcripts are used for quality assurance, training, confirming what was scheduled or quoted, and resolving disputes. They are stored and processed by our service providers on our behalf.
5. Text Messages
If you provide your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from us at that number, including service messages about appointments and billing and, where you have consented, marketing messages. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchasing any service.
Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. You may still receive messages about an active appointment or an unpaid balance.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies for website analytics, call attribution, and spam prevention. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the site or its forms.
7. Who We Share Information With
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information with service providers who perform functions for us, including website hosting, form handling, analytics, call tracking and recording, transcription, email, scheduling, and payment processing. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their function and may change from time to time.
We also share information with:
- Licensed subcontractors, when a project requires specialty or construction work
- Professional advisors, including our accountant, insurer, and attorneys
- Government or law enforcement, when required by law or subpoena, or to protect our rights or someone’s safety
- A successor, if FloPool is sold or merged
8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, and afterward as required for warranty, tax, legal, and insurance purposes. Call recordings are deleted automatically by our call provider after its retention period. Analytics data is retained on a rolling basis.
9. Your Choices
- Marketing email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing message.
- Marketing texts: reply STOP.
- Cookies and analytics: block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
- Call recording: do not continue the call. Email us instead.

10. Children’s Privacy
Our website and services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email cs@flopool.com and we will delete it.
11. Security
